The grid in the back is ginger sesame dressing. The green, including the leaf, is wasabi and the flower is gari. The bottom swirl is toasted sesame oil.

I like to make food. I'm a home cook, not a fancy cook, with some education from mom and the rest from experimenting. My first cooking memory was frying eggs pre-school age. The first food "experiment" was around 7 or 8 y.o. and it involved frying ground beef with various spices. My siblings and I liked it, so it must've been a success. I make good tasting food and it's not always exactly pretty. The pictures are taken with a point and shoot and mostly in my kitchen. Read First Post if you wanna know why I started this blog.
