Tonight I made beef liver for the first time. I think it was the weirdest thing I've handled to date. I tried a piece and did not care for it at all. I was told it tasted good though. Here it is: stir fried liver and onions.

Who eats the food if you don't eat it?
I usually make food that I eat. Sometimes I cook for other people and they eat it. The liver was someone asking me to make it.
