Ah Choo!
Hu Tieu: Seafood Noodle Soup with Dumplings.
The wontons in the front are shrimp and the ones in the back are pork. The red tinged meat is xa xiu and there are shrimp and napa cabbage. Underneath all that are clear noodles. I made the wonton dumplings myself. It's topped with fried red onions, scallions and cilantro. You can dress it with sate sauce and sriracha and a bit of lime. Yum!

Wrap n Beans
Damn Oven
I guess I don't know how to operate an oven. Either things are burnt or undercooked. Or, really, too much sugar can do it as well as a bad thermometer. So, the tops of my pies burnt b/c of excessive sugar in the coconut and my chicken took forever to cook. So I didn't eat it b/c I was mad. So here are pretty things.
